ContentMap / Content map with Jreview

Hi,

Is there anyway to insert the Latitude and Longtitu into Submit New Listing of Jreview in front end.

Currently, we have to go Administrator page to insert them into the Reference box.

ContentMap / Module does not work, plugin works well in a same page

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for this great extension.

I have problem display the module. It show no map at all, but in the same page, the plugin works well:
