Modulo Media Player

Ciao a tutti! Una persona che sta gestendo un sito che gli ho fatto ha problemi con il modulo media player. Non trova il percorso del file. Ho provato a disintallarl e reinstallare il modulo ma, sia al momento della disinstallazione si in quello della reinstallazione mi da questo errore:

Ciao, no, System - Mootools Upgrade è sempre disattivato (da spesso problemi con plugin o componenti). Mmm...si avevo intuito fosse un problema di php..putroppo chi fornisce l'host non da la possibilità di aggiornarlo. Mi avevano parlato di inserire una riga di codice nel file .htaccess..vi risulta?
