How to Disable dragging on map

I want to set draggable to false on map(not marker).
Where can I set this?

Edit: I've found how to fix. I have added "draggable: false," in map.php.


But I have another problem. In module, I have set balloon width to 150px but I get balloon witdth 213px. Any solution or is this bug?(Sorry, Not a bug)

I have found that infoWindow can not be displayed less than 200px.
Solutions is using infoBox or infoBubble instead.  Hope you can implement this into ContentMap.
