Integrazione forum smf già esistente

Salve a tutti,
avrei la neccessità di integrare il mio forum smf ( http://www.lafalconeria.it/forum ) all'interno di joomala ( http://www.lafalconeria.it/portale ) è possibile farlo, senza ovviamente perdere tutti i dati del forum già esistente? Potete spiegarmi come?

Il forum vorrei che fosse "Wrapper " (spero si dica così) cioè integrato nel portale che prenda tutta la parte di pagina sotto al top.

Portale e forum risiedono su 2 dbase o su di un unico dbase ?

In ogni caso l'integrazione è sempre fattibile.

Forum e portale sono su lo stesso database.
Volevo far si che quando da portale si preme su forum, il forum prendesse tuttlo lo spazio della pagina conservando solo il menù portale alto, un po' come succede qui su joomla.it

Per la seconda domanda: per prima cosa proverei dal pannello di amministrazione di joomla moduli sito e non farei visualizzare i vari menu e moduli quando si seleziona la voce Forum.
Questo per iniziare. Se le cose non funzionano pienamente, basta creare un template ad hoc per il forum (togliendo le colonne che non interessano) e dalla gestione template di joomla assegnarlo al Forum.

Grazie mille, con il tuo primo consiglio ho già fatto qualche passetto in avanti ed ho eliminato il menù... ma mi rimangono a sx del forum 2 box che non riesco a togliere, eppure ho tolto tutti moduli dal forum... boh?

Per il template ancora ne sto cercando uno che faccia al caso mio, ne vorrei uno uguale sia per il portale che per il forum  ma non riesco a trovare nulla

Altra domanda: sai dirmi come mai quando dal portale entro nel forum i caratteri del menù alto del portale cambiano dimensione?

Per la domanda sulle dimensioni dei caratteri credo che la cosa sia da imputare al foglio di stile (css), in cui non sono definiti dei parametri. (che francodanese non mi fucili per questa mia uscita  ma sto cercando di imparare). Credo proprio che lui sia la persona adatta per risolvere questo tuo problema, io dovrei andare a tentativi

Ancora grazie mille, ho seguito la guida da te indicata ed in parte ho risolto... mi è rimasto solo un guaio...

Aprendo il forum in margini dx e sx non sono più zero ma un po' rientranti e non capisco perchè.

In compenso caricando il template jommale per smf i caratteri del menù si sono corretti.

Hai una larghezza di 787 px del forum. Prova a mettere 100%.

Come mai la lista utenti di smf e di joomla non combaciano? In quella smf ci sono molti più utenti

Dal componente smf bridge, hai eseguito la sincronizzazione degli utenti scegliendo una delle opzioni ?

Grazie mille, ti allego il templateaperto cioè quello senza bande laterali... quello che uso assegnato al forum.

Gli index quotati in precedenza sono sbagliati perchè riferiti al template con i menù laterali usati nel resto del portale.
