Sito bucato o no?

Salve,
da diversi gg, ho il sito che si blocca 2-3 al giorno. Vuole far scaricare ul file xml, collegato ai feed.
Per eliminare questo blocco, devo cancellare a fondo la cache e di riprende.
A sto punto mi chiedo se il sito è stato bucato? Esiste una procedura per joomla da seguire?
Ho aggiornato a joomls 3.7.0 e nel pannello di controllo(amministratore) diverse volte capita che ricevo errori (prima dell'aggiornamento non capitava) nell'elenco dei moduli:

Unknown column 'client_id' in 'where clause'

Nella pagina utenti:

Error loading component: com_languages, Component not found. Error loading component: com_fields, Component not found.

continui a postare i log ma sembra tu non li legga.
Quel modulo è compatibile con joomla 3.7? Anche le altre estensioni/template e ammennicoli vari lo sono?
Hai provato a disabilitarli e vedere se cambia qualcosa?
Poi può darsi pure che ti abbiano bucato il sito ma se non cerchi di risolvere gli errori fai casini su casini e magari per nulla.
