Orrore: dopo cambio template e redirect 301 mi trovo con pagine duplicate con doppia estensione

Da cosa può dipendere? Qualche direttiva nell'.htaccess impostata male?

Non ne capisco molto di .htccess ma mi pareva di avere redirezionato tutte le pagine vecchie alle nuove in maniera corretta.
