errore server dopo aggiornamento versione

ho aggiornato la versione dalla 12 alla 13 ma quando chiamo la pagina administrator mi riporta un errore server e non mi visualizza la procedura di login.. per fortuna ho fatto un back up!!! restorando il back up tutto torna normale ma reinstallando mi fa lo stesso problema.. che si può fare?

il sito in se sembra funzionare. quando vado sulla pagina amministratore mi riporta:

Internal Server Error

Probabile problema di permessi.
Non conosco come li voglia impostati il tuo hosting, potrebbe essere 755 per le cartelle e 644 per i file.
