dopo varie ricerche ho trovato finalmente la soluzione

scaricate ldap_joomla108.zip
e poi seguite le istruzioni di seguito
LDAPHACK 9 for Joomla 1.08
- Do a fresh joomla 1.08 install
- Copy everything for a backup
- Copy and replace the files with the ones in this package
- Be sure that \includes\authentication\plugins.php and \includes\authentication\config\ is writeable.
> the best way is to give a chmof 777 to everything and change it back from the admin panel of joomla for all files.
- Create an auth-source in the adminitration with "Site->User Manager->Authentication sources".
- Have Fun!
Note: I´m not the one who created this nice hack, i´ve just transportet it to joomla 1.08.
