Installer dei componenti non va più

Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema con l'installer dei componenti.
Accedo alla pagina dell'installer e vengono visualizzati solo i due campi "Carica pacchetto" e "Installa da cartella".
Tutto il resto della pagina non si vede.
Le altre pagine di installer moduli, mambot e templates, si vedono correttamente.
Quale può essere il problema?

ho attivato la visualizzazione degli errori  tramite htaccess ed ho ricevuto questi errori:

Forse ho risolto il problema.
Sul server è stato attivato il safe_mode, ho chiesto la disattivazione. Vedremo se risolve il problema.

Ok, il problema non era il safe mode.

Ora non so più dove sbattere la testa.
