I created a lot of gallerys with no problems. One day, I´ve created a file in my ftp than all the gallerys stop working. How can I solve this?

flashgallery with oziogallery. I uploaded 4 galleries then I uploaded other 4 and the first galleries desapeared. They are on ftp but no in to site.
