Salve sto usando il modulo per helpdesk di nome HODUMA
devo dire che mi trovo bene ed e' non commerciale per di piu'..ma mi trovo qui a scrivere perché aprendo un ticket ed allegandogli un file funziona tutto correttamente ma se, entrando come amministratore, apro il ticket vedo il file e ci clicco sopra mi da il seguente errore:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at postmaster@thematika.it to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Ho provato a chiedere anche sul loro sito ma non mi hanno risposto...
Io ho il sito con ****** se puo' essere di aiuto..
potete aiutarmi a capire qual e' il problema???

Sembra un errore che riguardi il tuo Host
