Salve,
sto utilizzando per creare un form su un sito chronoformsV5 quando provo il form mi arrivano tutti i campi ma non mi arriva il file allegato nella email. Come posso risolvere? Ho provato varie guide ma non ho risolto. Grazie.

vedo un po' poco per la verità

controlla che anche in setup l'ordine della action che hai inserito upload files va prima  della email
