In case someone else has the same issue as me, I think I found its root cause :
I removed accent chars and spaces in photo filenames and the issue does not occur anymore.

Hi,

First of all, sorry if this discussion has not been created in the right place. I do not speak Italian at all.

I find Ozio gallery component wonderful, but I have trouble with it.
Approximately 2 users out of 3 of the website tell me that the gallery doesn't work. The thumbnails are grey instead of showing a little picture.

Here it is cooliris layout, but it is the same with tiltview layout.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.22 on a Linux server with Ozio Gallery 2.6.
The option "Automatic XML" has been chosen.

I tried many things to try to understand the problem and I noticed that when I change the content of the automated XML file as the following description, the grey thumbnail issue disappears.
The modification I performed on the auto XML file is that I change the server name in the every image link from:
http://toulousevetoagility.fr/images/.....
to
http://www.toulousevetoagility.fr/images/.....
(Both shoud work, actually)

Additional information:
If you click on a grey thumbnail, and enter the slideshow layout, the picture can be viewed!

I'm very lost in the comprehension of this issue, and I really need the experience of the community. So, if the explanation of my problem is clear for you and you have already heard about it, I need your help
