Installazione, migrazione e aggiornamento / Re:volevo aggiornare joomla 2.5.6 alla 2.5.7 ora è bloccato il lato Admin

Anch'io provando ad aggiornare dalla versiona 2.5.6 alla versione 2.5.7 ho riscontrato un problema.
Si è interrotto l'aggiornamento e ora non entra più nel back end dandomi il seguente messaggio d'errore:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at postmaster@ to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Qualcuno sa aiutarmi per cortesia?
