Installazione, migrazione e aggiornamento / messaggi di errore

Ho migrato un sito da un hosting ad un altro ed appaiono i seguenti messaggi di errore sulla home page:

Sezione dedicata ai Server / internal server error 500

Ho un sito realizzato con joomla e ospitato da **** dove gira benissimo. Ho trasferito il sito prima sul mio computer, poi su **** dove ho acquistato un nuovo dominio con servzio hosting linux. Ho creato il database MySQl e importato le tabelle, modificato il file configuration.php, copiato i files sul server ****con Filezilla, Quando vado ad aprire il sito mi appare il messaggio: < Internal server error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.>
La stessa configurazione continua a funzionare su *****. Da cosa può dipendere? Grazie

Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5 / trasferimento in locale

Sto tentando di trasferire il mio sito Joomla da remoto a locale in Wampserver. Ho scaricato i file nella cartella c:\wamp\www\nomesito. Ho esportato il database in locale con phpMyAdmin in un file .sql .Ho creato un database con [/size]phpMyAdmin locale e vi ho importato il file .sql Ho modificato il file configuration.php
[/size]quando lancio wampserver e apro con il browser il sito mi appare 500 Internal Server Error.
[/size]Qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Sto implementando le traduzioni in varie lingue del mio sito utilizzando il modulo "lingua".  E' andato tutto bene per l'inglese ed in tedesco. Per il francese ho fatto tutto (credo) come per le altre ma non appare la bandierina (o la lingua se escludo l'opzione bandiere). Ho installato la lingua in "gestione lingue" pubblicato  il menù francese, il modulo menù francese, gli articoli delle voci di menù. cosa ho sbagliato?
