.htaccess e malfunzionamento

ciao a tutti,

premetto che ho cercato quello che ho potuto prima di postare qui.
stamattina stavo facendo delle prove con il file .htaccess di joomla in quanto volevo abilitare le varei funzioni SEO.
attualmente sul sito che sto realizzando c'è già un file .htaccess che ho realizzato io con un redirect 301 e uno script per antispam.

il sito che sto realizzando risiede in una sotto directory (in questo caso drc).
ho seguito la guida su questo forum (http://www.joomla.it/articoli-della-community/903-configurazione-seo-di-joomla-rendere-appetibile-il-sito-ai-motori-di-ricerca.html) riguardante l'.htaccess e le varie funzioni SEO.

ho, dunque, aperto l'.htaccess originale di joomla e ho modificato seguendo l'articolo.
funziona tutto a meraviglia finchè non mi viene la brillante idea di aggiungere il mio script per antispam.
non funziona più il sito.
rimuovo lo script di antispam per verificare se il problema era quello ma nulla da fare. con l'htaccess di joomla non mi è più possibile raggiungere il sito e compare la solita scritta:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Premetto che il server su cui è online il sito è un server aruba, hosting linux, con rewrite attivo.
Posto qui di seguito anche il mio .htaccess così qualche utente più esperto può dirmi se c'è qualche pecca oppure no.

già provato, ma non cambia.

mi sorge però un dubbio.
l'errore del permesso di accesso (You don't have permission to access / on this server.) lo da sulla cartella / (root).
non è strano?

il problema descritto nel post riguarda l'errore: Forbidden ....
Se riguardasse il file .htaccess, mi piacerebbe sapere come risolvere, anch'io ho un sito in *** sotto una directory /f/ e l'indicazione dell'errore 403 è proprio:
