Mi sembra che ti permetta di aggiungere per ogni URL i META TAGS per il titolo, descrizione, parole chiave, robots e linguaggio.
Ma che cosa sostituirebbe? ad esempio il Mambot Joomseo?

Quoto dal sito ufficiale:shCustomTags rewrites title, description, keywords and robots meta tags of your pages. It is based on a plugin system to automatically generate custom meta tags based on the component being used. it currently comes only with a VirtueMart plugin.
You can also manually set tags for any page of your site, on a page by page basis, by typing them in a text file.
shCustomtags will also:
remove the "generator = Joomla" tag from your page source code
surround your content element items titles between <h1> tags
replace any text from your page with another text, either directly or using a regular expressions. Said text can be located anywhere on the page, including in a module or in any component output
selectively insert (on a page by page basis) commands in the page <head> section: for instance link to javascript files or CSS style sheets
shCustomTags is only a module. It does not require any hack of your Joomla install, and can be uninstalled at any time.
In poche parole abilità l'amministratore di joomla a personalizzare tutti i tag del sito, un pò la stessa cosa che fa la patch, ma in più permette di gestirli anche in componenti senza la gestione tag integrata.
