installation Problem oziogallery .24

Hi,
   I'm just a novice with oziogallery. I've done some installation 
assistance i found in this forum but i could not show photos on my
gallery. I tried online and on localhost but no ways. Here's my test site: http://students.nucssa.net/test/images/oziogallery/gallery.php
I also created a Gallery item on my Top Menu. You can have a look.
Ps:I copied my photos into the test test/images/oziogallery folder. What can be the problem? I'll appreciate anyone's help.

disable the module.
The component show the photos ok

I've done so but the photos flicker where the overlap.

your photo are 1024px 

Resize it to 640px or edit file

components/com_oziogallery/oziogallery.html.php

line 52:
fo.addVariable("maxJPGSize","640");

to
fo.addVariable("maxJPGSize","1024");
