file .htaccess con aggiunte per sottodomini di terzo livello

la soluzione non lo so...

ho attivato sul mio sito il file .htaccess
l'ho configurato in questo modo

io però vorrei anche potyer utilizzare dei sottodomini di 3° livello...
ho fatto un po' di ricerche in internet e sembra che bisogni avere attivato:
Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteBase /

quindi non sono compatibili...
altre soluzioni?
