premesse:
joomla installato in locale, templete upsilum, modulo extended menu e mountaintop-corners-vertical-1.0.0.zip per il menu. Io ho installato il modulo extended menu tramite la sezione Estensioni/ Installa/Disinstalla; poi ho scaricato il template mountaintop-corners-vertical-1.0.0.zip da
http://de.siteof.de/extended-menu-templates.html# l'ho scompattato e messo dentro una cartella che ho chiamato extmenu (ecco ora non so se ho fatto ben ma praticamente io ho questo percorso joomla/template/upsilum/extmenu/ e dentro ci sono la cartella css, la cartella images, e due file chiamati "menu")
A differenza di quanto descritto nel wiki di Joomla! (
http://wiki.joomla.it/index.php?title=Modulo_Extended_menu_per_creare_menu_a_discesa), a me interesserebbe modificare non il top menu bensì un menu da me creato che si chiama "buildings and interior design" che è un menu verticale (tipo: mod_mainmanu) con sottomenu.
Nel modulo Extended menu ho modificato quanto descritto nel wiki e quindi
Menu class suffix : -mountaintop-corner
Menu name : buildings_interior_design (oppure dovevo metterci mainmenu? cmq ho provato e mi dà il solito errore)
Source type : menu
Menu style : Vertical
Template name : extmenu/menu.html
Bene al posto del mio menu appaiono tutte queste scritte e subito sotto appaiono le voci del mio menu...

fra parentesi anche se non sapete risolvere questo prolema sono apprezzati consigli per fare realizzare un sottomenu personalizzato anche attraverso altri sistemi...a me basta che il sotto menu sia un po' diverso dalle voci di menù principali in modo da distinguerle...
