com_avreloaded e utf-8

attivo il modulo compreso nel componente con allvideos reloaded e quando faccio la convalida strict esce fuori:

Ho lo stesso problema come si può risolvere?
Il validatore w3c dice che non può validare il documento restituendomi questo risultato
