questa è stata la loro prima risposta:

Sono daccordo, funziona, e sembra l'utente apre la finestra di download come se fosse in link normale.
ecco l'altra risposta sul fatto che mi sono lamentato di ciò:
"This is not so much of a problem. Instead, it is the web server software (microsoft iis)'s limitation. The software is NOT designed to do what you are planning.
By default, iis limites upload size to 200kb to protect itself. Since we are running a dedicated iis environment, we have increased the limit already, but it still will not accomodate the 20mb(100 times the default limit) file that you are trying to upload.
You will run into the same limitation every where you go, unless you purchase an advanced vps plan with us and manage your own iis environment (and set your own limitations). You will be able to upload larger files like that, but you will run into other resource problems because you have allocated so much to file upload."
Insomma come dicevate voi, a meno che...si paga di più (sono sempre più convinto che coi soldi si detta legge nel mondo)
I file di 30 mega sono pdf che io scambio con i miei rappresentanti...
Solo che usando il metodo del link di prima è tutto un cavolo che uso docman...
