ecco gli sviluppi: indicando l'orario preciso del malfunzionamento, l'assistenza non ha comunque riscontrato problematiche di down del server, nè tanto meno sovraccarichi. Ha quindi consigliato di fare un ping sul nome del dominio dal prompt dos del mio pc, la risposta delle statistiche è stata negativa. I pacchetti trasmessi vengono tutti persi, e non vengono ricevuti.
Facendo invece il ping di
www.google.it ottengo statistiche positive: ricevo i pacchetti trasmessi e non nè perdo nessuno. Infatti navigando in altri siti, non riscontro alcun problema. Sono anche in grado di lavorare su altri miei domini (su altri hosting), senza riscontrare problemi.
Stesso risultato positivo, facendo il ping dell'indirizzo IP di uno dei pc dal quale mi connetto, e pure provando con l'indirizzo IP del mio router, ricevo tutti i pacchetti tramessi. Quindi suppongo di non avere alcuna inibizione causata da firewall installati nel mio pc.
A questo punto in attesa di vederlo nuovamente raggiungibile (è da stamane che è ancora irragiungibile o inesistente), come mi consigliate di agire?
premetto che sono ancora attive le impostazioni seo:
1) Appena è nuovaamente visibile, se volessi fare la prova disattivandole, dovrei disabilitarle e poi rinominare il file htaccess com'era in origine? vorrei capire se il problema sia dovuto a quello..
2) il file .htaccess (come scritto in precedenza) l'ho lasciato così:
