Disabilitare Funzione PDF

Ho notato che Google mi indicizza tutti gli articoli in PDF e non gli articoli in HTML del mio sito  Penso possa compromettere l'indicizzazione e le visite sul sito in quanto si accede solo al file PDF e non al sito. Come posso disabilitare questa funzione per la creazione di file PDF?

La cartella dei pdf è inserita nella lista in robot.txt?

I link ai PDF sono del tipo http://www.bestpcforum.com/index2.php?option=com_content&do_pdf=1&id=65 e non capisco quale possa essere la cartella dei pdf visto che è un link relativo a index2.php. Se potrebbe essere la cartella components qualle c'è già in robots.txt come Disallow

Ho anche un problema con la visualizzazione del sito con IE, non compare la parte alta del bordo delle tabelle a sinistra e il menu orizzontale è più lungo invece delle dimensioni che dovrebbe avere.
