Come si aggiunge la possibilità di scrivere i commenti su ogni articolo fatto? anche per gli ospiti?

Se ti può aiutare io mi sto trovando bene con il componente "udja comments"

Basta installarlo e dalle opzioni (ovviamente in inglese) selezionare la categoria degli articoli che sono commentabili.
Inoltre è disponibile il Captcha

No per il front-end non c'è ancora,

Puoi creare un file it-IT.mod_udjacomments.ini ed inserirlo nella cartella it-IT (da creare anche questa) in modules/mod_udjacomments/language

Oppure (molto semplicemente) utilizzare l'override lingua presente nel backend di Joomla! in Estensioni -> gestione lingua.

I campi da sostituire sono i seguenti:
