Salve a tutti,
spero possiate aiutarmi a risolvere il problema, da strumenti per webmaster utilizzando il tool che mostra come vede google il sito, solo per la home page viene individuato un redicert 301 su se stesso:
La pagina sembra reindirizzare a se stessa. Ciò potrebbe comportare un ciclo infinito di reindirizzamenti. Consulta questo articolo del Centro assistenza sui reindirizzamenti.

ho controllato anche il file .htaccess, ma non noto nulla di strano, allego il contenuto del file:

secondo me perchè tu hai effetivamente un redirect al tuo stesso sito (da dominio.xx a -> domino.xx/sito/). Google dice infatti che questo "potrebbe" generare un loop.
Sposta il sito in root, è li che deve stare joomla!

Ps: cortesemente il codice negli appositi tag, che non si capisce niente
