basta il link, il codice non serve, ma sei vuoi lasciarlo usa i tag code (#), altrimenti eliminanolo.

stanno li in basso perche il modulo alla destra ha un altezza predefinita (maggiore rispetto al contenuto) e quindi quel che c'e' sotto sta "piu sotto"

la regola che ti interessa e' questa:
