Sto provando il modulo di paypal ma quando il cliente paga lo stato dell'ordine non si aggiorna da solo in pagato. Sapete dirmi come mai?

Di virtuemart ho la versione 1.0.12.
Nella configurazione del modulo di paypal ho lasciato modalità di prova > si (che cos'è questo campo? a cosa serve? devo metterlo su no?
e come mail paypal ho messo la mail dove ricevere i pagamenti.
in payment extra info ho questo.... devo mettere paypal.it al posto di .com o fa lo stesso?
