ripristinando il sito web di un amica mi viene fuori questo errore a voi è mai capitato?

sembra che l'utente che utilizzi per caricare il database non abbia tutti i privilegi.
Se però parti da un database completamente vuoto dove caricare questo salvataggio allora puoi eliminare i comandi DROP dal file sql
