Che indico qui per altri malcapitati: come ho specificato sopra, si tratta dei siti web fatti con template di astemplates.

SOLUZIONE
this feature was rewritten, on your server please go to the:
'templates/as002039/html/com_contact/contact' folder and delete/rename the following files:
default.php
default_address.php
