Come inserire margini nei vari contenuti

Salve a tutti,
ho un piccolo problema con il template runk di default 
e vi sarei grato se riusciste a darmi una mano...
vorrei inserire dei margini alla sinistra dei miei contenuti, cosìcchè non risultino appiccicati al bordo sinistro.

Ho letto in giro e sono riuscito solamente a modificarli nei moduli...ma non nei diversi contenuti (annunci, notizie, con tenuti statici);
ho messo mano al CSS e sulle diverse stringhe ".contentpaneopen",
ma non vedo riscontri sul template.

Potreste aiutarmi???
