buon giorno, oggi ho istallato xampp su una chiavetta, ma non parte, mi da i seguenti errori:

Ho guardato in giro e il problema sembra essere le porte, le ho modificate ma il problema persiste.
Potete darmi soluzione o soluzione alternativa?
