ci sono impazzito 3 giorni. installavo, pannello di controllo ok ma il sito non era raggiungibile

ho riprovato un mare di volte.
alla fine ho impostato con filezilla il trasferimento in binario anzichè automatico.
rifatta l'installazione con la differenza che alla fine tutto ha (miracolosamente?) iniziato a funzionare.
