"The XML file did not contain an administration element" ERROR

Dear Ozio professionals

I'm trying to install this component on my joomla 1.5 but I receive "The XML file did not contain an administration element." error message. Would you Carneade out to solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your consideration.

P.S. I'm using Freehostia.com chocolate free hosting plan.

upgrade your joomla version to 1.5.15

Joomla was upgraded to 1.5.15 but hopelessly everything is the same:
Component Install: The XML file did not contain an administration element.
any clue?
