problema posizione oggetti

salve a tutti...

avrei un problema vorrei spostare degli oggetti presenti sul tmplate che ho scaricato! Il templat si chiamata dg_portal scaricato dal sito di template tedesco vi posto lo scren per farvi vedere ciò che intendo dire...

praticamente vorrei far andare il blocco arancio a sinistra mentre lo spazio articoli "non ci sono articoli da visualizzare" al centro.. ho provato dall'index.php ad inserir il tag dig sopra il blocco del riquadro arancione ma senza nessun risultato :(..

qualcuno puo' aiutarmi?
