aiuto per un template

sto cercando di installare questo template BLACK BEAR (http://joomlabear.com/Themes/) ma quando lo carico il menu non è come nella demo e mancano le stelline e robe varie. Inoltre mi dice che nn posso modificare il css...qualcuno mi sa dire il motivo?
